Bag Requirements

Choose from a variety of bags, pouches and fitments.  Special bag and pouch shapes can be generated when size and space restrictions are critical. Some designs can be suspended for fast, complete dispensing.  Clear packaging allows quick review of contents.  Opaque materials protect contents from light degradation.

Single Use Application

Flexible packaging is a good choice for single-use applications.  It is economical, with minimal effect on the waste stream.  Disposable packaging is ideal when contamination is a concern.  Resealable packages offer easy access to contents.

Manufacturing Efficiency

Increase production efficiency by adding fitments, tubing connectors, screw and septum closures and dispense directly into processing equipment.  Avoid labeling costs by printing directly onto your package.

Quality Assurance

Pactech offers a variety of quality testing to ensure that pouches are made to your product specification.  These include seal strength testing, dimensional measurements, and bubble leak testing.  For more sensitive applications, we offer state of the art pressure leak decay testing as well as 100% inspection of all pouches.
