Pactech has state-of-the-art pouch forming and heat sealing equipment. We produce over 24 million pouches annually, providing our staff with outstanding experience and expertise in producing product on time and to exact specifications. Pactech has considerable material, machine, and heat sealing knowledge which allows our customers to meet all of their pouch and bag design and manufacturing needs at one place.
Pactech has the following equipment:

- 24" Zipper pouch machine for child resistant recloseable and mil spec bags.
- 18" stand up zipper pouch machine.
- Automated fitment sealing machine with 15,000,000 bags per year capacity.
- 74" rewinder slitter machine.
- 24" platten sealing machine.
- 18" platten sealing machine.
- Five 84" Impulse sealing machines.
- 36" clicker press for shaped bags.
- RF sealing machines for sealing EVA and Vinyl structures.
- A machine shop to keep machines running, make unique dies, and support unique customer needs in a short amount of time.
- Five 36" and 24" impulse sealing machines.
- 27.55" Nishibe for stand up zipper and shaped pouches.
- Six fitment sealing machines.
- Clean room capable of class 10,000 if needed.

The Pactech plant occupies about
60,000 square feet and contains a large number of state-of-the-art machines from heat sealers to fitment sealers to RF sealing machines as well as zipper pouch and automated fitment sealing machines. The manufacturing area also includes a
clean room capable of Class 10,000 to manufacture to the most rigorous standards.
Pactech operates 18 hours per day to meet customer needs with overtime available to meet rush jobs. Our manufacturing operations have been audited by the United States military, several large pharmaceutical companies, and other customers who have approved the quality and manufacturing systems of Pactech. Pactech manufactures large volumes of mil-spec packaging using Mil B and Mil Prf 131, 121, 81705, 22191, and related products according to MIL-B-117G and MIL-DTL117H.

Typical lead times from the manufacturing operation at Pactech are 3-4 weeks with extra care given to those situations needing shorter lead times.
Pactech also has its own Machine Shop to design and build parts as well as design and build new equipment to meet customer needs. The Machine Shop keeps our machines in good repair and assures they produce high quality products.
