Pactech manufactures pouches with all the standard fitments available in the market such as those from IPN and Menshen as well as design, mold and seal new pouches that may be needed or specific market applications. The stand up pouch with a fitment is a fast-growing areas of the flexible packaging industry, and Pactech is leading the way to new applications for pouches.

Pactech is capable of taking on the most difficult challenges such as designing a nylon fitment to seal to a pouch with a metallized polyester and Capran® nylon sealant layer. We have made millions of pouches using these structures for difficult-to-contain products. We also designed and had built the machines to do the automated sealing.

Fitments can also take the form of tubing. Pactech is a major supplier of pouches with tubing for the biomedia market as well as the blood analyzer market. We welcome projects requiring unique fitments and tubing.
