Pactech has the capability to design and manufacture from the smallest (1" x 2") to the largest (55" x 48" x 12") on its many pieces of automated equipment. These pouches are typically manufactured from barrier materials and include reclosing capabilities such as zippers, Velcro®, adhesives, and fitments.

Pactech is uniquely able to make samples and focus group trial runs of bags to make sure a project will be successful. We have no minimum order quantity; we will manufacture according to customer needs and charge accordingly. Our world-class quality system has been approved by pharmaceutical, military, and other major customers through their periodic audits.

Pactech is also uniquely qualified to design and manufacture military specification bags. We have worldwide contracts for bags ranging from those for chemical suits to bags for tank and aircraft parts as well as the military Meals Ready to Eat (MRE) packages.

Pactech holds a patent on a Child Resistant Recloseable Easy Open (CRREO) bag used in the pharmaceutical and agricultural chemistry industries. A CRREO bag may be used for transdermal patches, poisonous products, or similar materials that must be safeguarded from children. Its slider zipper is perfect for situations in which a high-strength closure is needed. Not only is the CRREO bag child resistant, but it is senior-friendly. This unique pouch demonstrates our ability to design and manufacture the exact solution needed for any packaging problem, even if no solution existed before.

Pactech manufactures vinyl and ethyl vinyl acetate(EVA) bags using radio-frequency (RF) sealing techniques for biochemistry, lab storage containers, hospital supply bags, and hazardous waste bags. We add tubing and related fitments as needed to meet manufacturing process and customer needs.

Pactech is a test site for Honeywell films and laminates. We have unique experience in sealing Aclar®, nylon, and related laminate materials to create pouches for chemicals, solvents, and other tough-to-contain items.
