STAND UP POUCHES: Pactech can fabricate stand up pouches from laminate materials without the need for a new die for each size. We can apply a child resistant, regular zipper or adhesive for re-closure. We can fabricate bags from small sizes to a maximum length of 48", which we believe to be the largest in the industry at this time.

RESIN LINERS: We produce large liners for Gaylord containers from monomers such as low density polyethylene (LDPE) as well as foil laminates and nylon laminates. We have no limit on bag size for these liners.

LARGE FLAT BAGS: Pactech can produce large flat bags with one dimension limited to 48". These pouches can be made from printed or unprinted laminate webs.

 

BAGS ON ROLL: Pactech can fabricate bags on a roll made from foil laminates with perforations to allow pouch to be filled and scaled on some existing equipment. The unique point here is the capability to make bags on a roll with other materials than plain polyethylene.

HANDLE POUCHES: Pactech can seal and cut handles into pouches made from different laminate materials. Additionally, we can cut in line holes to make hang holes, holes for wickets, and other cutouts as required.

POUCHES THAT REQUIRE SMALL OR LARGE FITMENTS: Pactech can heat seal laminates. Presently we manufacture a 130 ml stand up pouch with a ¼" fitment, 48 oz. and 96 oz. flexible bag (Nalgene® Cantene™) with a 63mm (2") fitment.

MILITARY SPEC: Pactech can fabricate mil-spec bags from various mil-spec materials.

SMALL POUCHES: Pactech can fabricate laminate pouches as small as 1" x 2". We can also make four bags within a bag as sometimes seen in seed applications.

CHILD RESISTANT RECLOSEABLE POUCHES: Pactech has a patent for the child resistant recloseable pouch, which has application in the agricultural chemistry and pharmaceutical industries and others.
